The team will return to training today at 11 am at Real Madrid City. This will be Xabi Alonso's first session in charge of Real Madrid, who will begin preparations for the Club World Cup. The Whites will kick off next Wednesday, 18 June, against Al Hilal at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami (9 pm (CEST); 3 pm local time).
"I'm really looking forward to starting now, to face a season that is going to be brilliant for everyone and with some incredible challenges ahead of us," he said in his first press conference as a Madrid player.
